Widely uses in Latin American countries as food and use as a dessert in Thailand. In Brazil, officials recommend people eat black beans at least once every day.  Black beans are key food to preventing disease and optimizing health, they have high protein and fiber content that one cup serving of black is equivalent to 15grams of fiber (well over half of the daily recommended value) and 15 grams of protein (amount to 2 ounces of chicken meat or fish meat). This rich protein and fiber move slowly in our digestive system and our body slowly digest and breakdown food component parts resulting in slow blood sugar absorption and stabilising blood sugar balance in our body. Increases in the consumption of black beans are helpful in lower blood cholesterols level because of their highly soluble fibers. The black colour of its coat came from three flavonoids which are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
